‘Mahalakshmi Multi State Cooperative Group Housing Society Limited.’ is comming up with it’s second project ‘White Orchids’ comprising of apartments of 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK. The number and category of apartments shall be decided after receiving sufficient number of bookings of apartments in specific categories.

We do not levy seperate charges for PLC / Club charges. Being a society registered under the Societies Act, we cannot make any preferential allotment with respect to a particular floor or location.
Allotment is purely on a Draw basis presided over by the registrar. We hope you will appreciate that every member must be given an equal footing. Hence, we shall not entertain any such request from any member.
Estimated Timeframe for Completion and Possession
Going by current indications we have all the reasons to expect construction to begin by early 2017. Since this is a new project area with open land, the construction is likely to progress at a swift pace. Hence, we estimate a completion time of 36 to 48 months from the start of construction.

  2. 2. Any Government Charges that may be introduced in future will have to be paid by the Member.
  3. 3. Only land cost is fixed as on date. But all other costing can be revised according to inflation index.
  4. 4. Timely payment of installments is essential.
  5. 5. The Salable area includes the covered area plus the proportionate common area as corridor passage, lifts,lift rooms. club, staircase, underground & overhead watertanks, mum ties, etc.
  6. 6. One Open car parking is free with every apartment. For every Covered car parking Rs. 2,50,000 will be charged Extra.
  7. 7. Power back-up for 2 BHK-3 KVA,3 BHK-4KVA and 4BHK-5 KVA is mandatory.
  8. 8. Service Tax as applicable would be extra.
  9. 9. Any extra work to be under taken would attract separate additional Charges.
  10. 10. Society membership charges are neither refundable nor transferable.
